Corcell is IMPOSSIBLE!

Hey guys, I'm currently doing the quest where you must kill Corcell (pirate boss) in order to get the hat. I never had problems before so I guess they just put this in...but.. she's now impossible . At least as a gun user. Her ice attack just stuns you ALL THE TIME ! Dealing around 55-60 damage per hit. And then when you can finally attack, she just heals around 550 HP. So you're just wasting bullets. Is there another tactic I could use to take her down? Thanks.

that happened to me too. I just stood close to her and held down double shot. She didnt heal as much though.

Stay clear of her and avoid her shots by using recoil. Attack pot, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand get more basic bullets to waste.

When she tries to stun, hug her.

I had the same problem i just equipped a suitcase and summersault kicked her to death lol. This was done at level 22 so it is easy. If you want to be pro and use your gun then i would advise just going side to side and getting some double shots in and then climb the rope on the other side get some diuble shots and so on.

i dont remember having issuses with my brawler. Guess its different with range classes

But she's seriously healing after 5 attacks. So I'm really not doing much. Additional Info: I'm not very funded so no expensive options. I'm a level 21 Gun using Pirate I do like 1 damage when I try using SSK. And my only weapon I can use is the knuckle they give when you job advance.

Took me ~7mins to kill it x.x lvl 22 slinger without any funded equips. Not even an att wg. I think it stunned me ~35 times in that time period.. I have a screenie somewhere..

keep using ssk instead of double shot so you're close enough that she can't stun you.

Get a 100%ed crappy Knuckle, SSK it to death. It'll take a little while but she'll go down eventually. If you want to kill her for her drops, then level up to 30-40 then you should have enough damage and skills to take her out easily. Or... wait for the BIMO patch where DS works at close range.
