They are probably coming out with the next few patches. Level an adventurer to 50 to get the ring. More details will come out as time goes on.

ok there crit ring cruel ring and magiacan ring 2 options to get once patch comes out make a guy and get mi 1-50 for be lvl 50 or higher and lvl 30 times the 50+30 u auto get cruel ring witch is the best other wise its a random one of the three
