Hurricane Vs Rapid Fire?

Okay so they both shoot out the same amount of bullets/arrows Hurricane : Damage 100% + 40% chance to do 200% dmg Rapid Fire : Damage 200% well too me it looks like Rapid fire is stronger overall when BM's dont have SE. But is their damage formula different?

They have a better mastery + criticals, and a higher range.

The higher att on bows might make a difference too? I'm not really sure though.

archers have SE SE increases dmg and cirt % archers already have crit mastery a crap load of of other stuff hurricane > RF there's a lot of stuff that make hurricane better not quite sure though it's been proven

gun slingers have naturally low attack, which is why they rely on consecurtive attacks like double burst shot. The overall damage would probably be lower.

if it all have the same equips same funding same stat i would say hurricane

Thorns doesn't work on archers bcuz they alreay have passive crit
