So I tried to log into Maple today, and this comes up. I've been banned? How is this even possible? I don't hack, scam, or buy/sell meso. I'm a nice person in-game, and I don't see any reason for why I would be banned. After F5'ing IRL at my computer screen for a couple of minutes, I decided to log a ticket. Basil, what should I do? :c

This happened to me on my main when some hacker hacked my account stole all the stuff and charged two 30k nx payments with a credit card. Im assuming this wasent a legit buying of nx and thats why they banned my acount. Kinda sucks that he got to charge 60k nx and send it to his char and ban mine at the same time.

email the billing department. i got wrongfully banned for payment issues also in the past. after a few email exchanges with the billing department, i was unbanned after 2 days.

Yeah. Paypal is a little late sometimes. You have to wait a while for them to unban you. It happened to others and i've seen countless threads on basil about this. All of the posters said they got unbanned after a few days.

That will save 1 email exchange (mine couldve been resolved in 1 day, but I didnt include my login id in my first email =p). Good luck. Most likely it's an issue with paypal. If paypal did request a refund, you may have to pay back the full amount AND penalty fees that Nexon got. In that case, it is completely paypal's fault, not nexon.

Wow paypal and nexon are just messed up the same thing happend to my account except i got banned for buying 50knx around last year and my crusader got banned.

It happened to me last winter couples of week after I got hacked I had a message saying the same thing. However I always paid my paypal and never had problems with it...Anyone know if I could get the acc back?
