New Rings and The Balancing Patch?

Well there are 2 parts to my question. 1) Rings: What are the? How do you get them? When do they come out? What do they do? Are the free (As in any character can get them easily without having to play NX or mesos)? And since there's different kinds, which would be the best for an Aran or sin? Oh, and how many per account? If you can show me some ss-es that would be helpful too 2) Balancing Patch: Does it affect Arans and Sins? When does it come out? Thanks!

i think there was something on spadows blog.. i know it definitely does these 2 things: increases damage of page's elemental charges allows F/P fire arrow to hit 3 targets there is a lot of other stuff too like the rings but im not 100% sure about the rest

Adventurers Cruel Ring REQ LV: 30 Weapon Attack: +3 Magic Attack: +1 HP: +180 MP: +100 Has a 1% chance to instant kill 1 enemy 5% chance of dealing Critical Damage (20% Damage) Adventurers Critical Ring REQ LV: 30 Weapon Attack: +2 Magic Attack: +1 HP: +180 MP: +100 Has a 1% chance to instant kill 1 enemy 10% chance of dealing Critical Damage (10% Damage) Adventurers Magical Ring REQ LV: 30 Weapon Attack: +1 Magic Attack: +5 HP: +100 MP: +180 Has an 8% chance to stun an enemy for 6 seconds 5% chance of dealing Critical Damage (20% Damage) In KMS, you got them by leveling a new char to 50. They came out with the balance patch, which is expected in GMS this month. They are free, but you have to level a char to 50 to get one so it could cost you nx for 2x if you want to get it fast. I think you can get as many as you want, just have to keep leveling a new char to lvl 50. The rings are only tradeable through your account ONCE The balance patch is more for underused classes that are adventurers. So Arans don't get anything and I don't think sins get any updates either

check spadows blog for all the details on balance. the rings are, the cruel ring: attack boost then a 5% chance of 120% dmg critical the crit ring:less attack boost, but still there. and a 10% chance of a 110% dmg critical the mages ring thing: magic attack boost and gives mages critical (FTW LMFAO)

1) atk and critical rings. you get them from leveling 1-50 or 30 from your current lvl. they're out on the 15th/16th, whichever is the balance patch. they give u an atk/matk boost and chance of 1 hitting and crits. Yes as far as i know theyre free. for sins and arans the critical ring would be best, with critical ring arans are at the top of the dpm chart. only one can be equipped at a time, and they are account transferrable ONCE. and no i dont have any ss as they arent out yet. 2) i dont believe it affects either arans or sins, as they are already pretty powerful. It comes out on the 15th/16th

im almost 100% sure that they can be transferred to any character as they are transferrable to evans and arans in KMS. also its been posted in maplestory forums that there will be an update to adventurers this patch, but that might mean dbs as they are adventurers
