Ok, so i personally am getting quite tired of sitting around on maplestory... playing the same old characters and hear all this information and numerous different theories on Dual blades release. but a thought simply occurred to me while in game and reading something of my friends about the class.. He was speaking about the balance patch and dual blade. My question to everyone is... Like so many of you have posted "Dual blade will be a suprise" like evan was. i was wondering how many of you think that dual blade will be a "Suprise" in the balance patch next week ? I speak of this because 1. nexon will release dual blade during the summer because they get the most traffic then. 2) they sell the most x2 by which i mean x2 exp card plus the nx mastery books needed for dual blade in cash shop. 3) if their going to be doing some form of balance to other classes and Dual blade is a branch from the thief class...why not just release it then so that way all classes will be at balance to prevent any really over powered classes excluding arans since their already overpowered as they level. ? i come to the conclusion with these 3 main topics that if dual blade isnt released in the balance patch then i agree with people and they say sometimes in early july. Think about what i have said in this thread good. put the clues you have so far together then think positive and put my theory together along with this puzzle...whats your input ? DISCUSS..... I also would like to apologize for for any incorrect grammar.

You spelt input wrong. They won't be coming out for another few weeks/months. We're not getting Dual Blades next patch.

Balance patch then Dual Blade, they usually get everyone hyped up with events and such 2 weeks before. so wait until about june 2Xth until you here about them. I think in the mean time, I'll try out a slinger with the new close range killing ability, should make life a bit easier.

i will agree with Aerodynamical on the "weeks" idea if anything. but i doubt for a temporary class branched off thieves it will be months. wouldnt make sense. Nexon looses money that way.... and OneWithKool i would hope so also

Nope. Nexon likes to build hype, meaning that they post up trailers and hold contests PRIOR to the release of DB. Just to remind you, Evan DID have a trailer and pre-release events posted about 1-2 weeks before the patch. If we were getting DB this patch, there would've been a trailer at this point. So, no. However, I would be VERY surprised if they sneaked it in... But, that's unlikely...It's just not how Nexon rolls... EDIT: Just realized Aero summed everything up.

but the fact still remains Aran was a permanent class they had Tv commercials and trailers. Evan had trailers and such But they are all permanent classes. This is a minor branch from bandits and assassion that will only be around for like2-3months...nexon cant really hype that up so much And event if they do. Money is still the main factor thats HOW HOLLYWOOD rolls....there going to want to earn as much cash out of are pockets as possible. But you do make some Good points in your statement
