Making a Dep Star

So, I did the rags to riches, and the one step a-head, but it says I can still do them. Do I need to do the quests more than once? Thanks.

No, they give you an option to do them for the exp again (I think). I don't think you can get a second Dep though. (Not sure, correct me if I'm wrong).

You do not need to do the repeatables. One time only.

You only need to turn in each of the four items once to unlock the deputy star quest. The deputy star quest is not repeatable, unfortunately. Stars would be way cheaper if it was.
