Dry hair help :(

Hey Basil! I was hoping some of you would have some answers to my hair problem... I have typical Asian hair and its a bit dry and just a little little frizzy. I shampoo and condition twice a day...I gurantee thats the problem but if I don't it smells pretty bad do to sweating. (Once in the morning and once at night) I use Garnier Fructis Color Resist shampoo (theres no other shampoo in this house but that at the moment) and some conditioner that doesn't seem to have a label (my mom puts it into a smaller bottle since the regular one is REALLY big) EDIT: Forgot to mention I towel it and leave it a bitt damp and let it air-dry. I wish I could take a picture right now, but my dad took the camera somewhere.... :/ I have the length through a ruler though :/ (Rounded) Bangs are 3.5cm Sides are 3.5 Top and back are 2.5-3ish... I have multiple layers (cut with razor) Thanks Basil

use aussies 3 minute miracle leave-in conditioner. i use it, and it works WONDERS on my hair. my hair's become pretty dry due to me dying it dozens of times over the past two years, but aussies 3 minute miracle makes my hair feel freakishly soft and shiny again. it's only 4$ at your local CVS too!

You shouldn't air dry. Also Garnier smells bad after a while

uhm when you're in the shower don't just rinse the conditioner right out when you just applied it in your hair, leave it in while you do your other things...and when your hair is damp apply some smoothing lotion (for hair) into your hair then let it air dry and fluff it up every once in awhile, that keeps my hair feeling soft.

Don't do it twice a day. That's it. It's REALLY bad for your hair. It gets rid of the natural oils and stuff that your hair needs. Just do it once a day if you really HAVE to. And if that's the case then use leave in conditioner.
