REAL respond time of Tickets

'Thank you for your submission. Customer Support will carefully review your request. This process may take 2 to 7 days. We may call or email you for further information.' Got this message like a month ago. No response yet. How long does it REALLY take nexon to think about a simple email change?

more than 3 months cuz nexon still didnt answer my tickets..... if its a ticket about dc hacking, nexon just give u an automated message..... -.-

With each one of my Tickets I've always got a response after about 1 month. I know, it sucks.

Ive had tickets answered in a matter of minutes. Ive had one ticket last for ever, and it never got responded until nexon decided i shouldnt be able to use that account anymore, which is fair in context, youd agree, but i had 1 ticket answered while that other ticket was being ignored and it took about 3 days. I assume the more straight to the point and well written, and the better a reason you have to submit a ticket, the faster a response you will get. Just judging from what ive written and how fast i got responses.

well, for me- I posted mine like what, feb something- then had to repost it. and then it took them up until april to actually start investigating it- and they gave me a free 10k nx charged* to my account for being patient while they worked on it. I think its pretty BS how long it takes, but you have to realize how many people actually log tickets and how long that takes to sort through them. :.... That, and when I was hacked I had also filed complaints with the IC3 and BBB so I think that may have sparked something sooner- who knows. Ive heard stories where they didnt do anything till a year later. Goodluck. x.X

the only time i got a reply for my ticket is when the nx prepaid didnt work they messaged me and fixed it in less than 3 hrs i u need fast result just make it have the word "money" or "nx' they gonna amke those pority

Just trying to understand nexon's logic... They make a profit of half a billion dollars, and they cant spend a single penny on more ticket-answerers... They really need to get their priorities right, for if they dont, I see their profits fall deep...

They usually answer my tickets within a few days. Once, they did it that same day...weird.
