I have a 33atk dayo, and I have a 35 atk slain. Without booster, would the dayo make up for the atk difference with the faster rating? Also, which is better to max, drain or booster? Basil leaves booster at 18 while maxing drain.

claw speed is all the same with booster maxing drain is a little better but nto a big deal

I maxed both when I got into my Third job skills, because you honesntly have 15 skill points you won't even use cause Shadow Meso sucks. So you can max them both before you hit Fourth job.

All claws have the same attack speed with booster, besides garnier which has normal attack speed. In the end its really up to you, do you want a few more % of hp recovered from Drain or have 20 seconds longer booster, i'd go with booster.
