World transfer didn't work

I was just wondering if there's anyone on this site who knows what the problem is when you're not getting transfered to another world after a server check. Am i missing something? Is there a glitch going on (Again)? Do you need to wait for a patch as well? Are you supposed to use that item that you get after purchasing. Cause i just left it in the "cash" tab, assuming that's what i had to do. I'm not gonna lie. I'm pretty confused. Anyone care to shed a little light in the subject? (:

What i did was take it out of CS and put it in the inventory of the character i wanted to transfer and it worked 0.o

you have to take the item out of the cash shop, i believe

@mutatie: was it a patch you got transferred over from or a server check

Sometimes, you have to wait for more than one server check.

I believe patience is the key. I had to wait out three server checks in order to transfer my character.
