Instead of promising us 2 hours, and extending it to 8.5 hours, they promised us 10 hours, and finished 1.5 hours early. *applause*

Theyve finished early before. When they did, it took about 12 hours for them to realise an emergency maintenance was needed to fix the 3 billion glitches...

When it takes 6 months for them to read through a 13 line email change verification form, they aren't learning fast enough in my opinion.

Exaggaratiooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon. I know they have finished earlier before, but usually they promise us short SC times, and end up extending it a lot. Now they promised a rather long SC time, and they ended up finishing a little early. It's not like they promised only 3 hours of server check, and finished 1 hour early. And Smiley, their customer support will probably always be lame, but at least they can learn not to keep us waiting in front of the computer only to extend again, and again.

[/quote] Youre right I never understood why nexon always said they would finish in 5 hours and then extended 3 hours instead of saying it would take 9 hours and finishing early... If they end early, ppl say thanks nexon!, If they end later, ppl start crying and saying: Stupid nexon!

Exactly. I'd rather it to be this way anyway, just so that I won't be expecting to play every 30-60 minutes, and then see it was extended again. I'd rather just stay afk without expecting it, and then see it finished early.

I'd rather wait 3 extra hours on a CS server maitence than 6 months (estimated waiting time by a moderator on the nexon forums) for a simple request.
