Hi Maplers, Well I've been seeing everyone over lvl 50 basically ALL wearing Zhelms. I really want one for when I'm lvl 50 (I'm lvl 43 right now I think, can't check because of SC), but I only have 3 Mil, and I HAVE NO WAY OF KILLING ZAKUM HIMSELF LOL

You get 50 boxes per run, and 1/10000 should contain a chaos scroll. Thats 200 PQs that take 12 minutes (including bonus and entering/reentering). This means you need to spend 2400 min or 40 hours to earn a chaos scroll, on average. Even then you still may or may not get one. Personally, I suggest finding other sources of funding. For example, if you like having multiple characters, you can do the NLC quest for a GFA scroll several times, and of course there are more quests that give the GFA scroll. at 8mill per and assuming windia's price, you just need 9 scrolls. I think you can get 3 per level 35 or 36 character from quests. So thats 3 characters you need for one zhelm, and then the main you give the zhelm to can earn money to give to your other characters later. Also, if you have a mage or luckless assassin, you dont need the Zhelm. The def is nice, but you mostly only get a 3 stat boost and dont usually utilize the 15 for your secondary stat.

rnt they free nowadays? I gave a 15 strngth 14 int 15 luk 17 dex zhelm when i quit I would so do a run. buying it feels noobish. When i did my run, had to do this preparations all the suspense building up GAH! so good especially when zakum dies and 3 zhelm dropped AND I WAS FIRST PICKER!

I didn't get my Zhelm till 6x However, after some merching and other stuff, I have 2 Zhelms (on different characters of course) and a bunch of other cool stuff Never give up :D Try drum bunnies/pypq Or, you could try merching...

Farm bubblings/cube slimes for maple shields,takes on avergae bout an hour to find one. The chaos scroll would be a bonus from cube slimes. These days bubblings are pretty empty, so no competition.

If you're feeling up for it, make friends with a Zrunning guild or get into a Zrunning guild >.> Thats how i got my first helm way back when. There was a waiting list depending on your admittance into the guild. I waited about a month until it was my turn then I went on the run with some HP equips and their Customer party. Lol. It was customers first and then members on the waiting list without helms get to pick at the remaining helms. But now as soon as a character reaches 50 I just run on my BM or buy one if I see stats I like

Also, dont forget that summer is coming and with the flood of people comes a flood of demand with no increase in supply... That means inflation. So get your helm soon.
