most likely a typo.... or no1 would of been fusing over why u cant cape your dex at 4 . but it doesnt matter bcuz if u went very low dex you would be super weak. cuz the other blades req more

This is the timeless one, I believe it's not a typo. The reason it's 25 dex is because the only way to obtain this weapon is by defeating PB and getting it's Maker item. Nobody has beaten PB in GMS and therefore it's this strength.
