I just don't get it.

So every three months Nexon requires you to change your password but this can only be done if you remember your last name. Unfortunately I can't remember the last name I signed up with due to my various acounts using different names. I logged a ticket to Nexon hoping that they could help me. But for some reason it is their policy not to give out the account information to the account owner. I mean I know it's my fualt for forgetting the name but really, I logged the ticket on the account I was concerned with and gave adequate information to prove that I was the owner, but NO. Nexon has to go and have horrible customer service and say sorry we can't do that. Does anybody else have this problem with them?

Also, I'd recommend making a text document with all your accounts in it and what characters are on them. Thats what i do
