3 cups of each a day - Yoohoo, Arizona Diet Green Tea, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, and Milk. 8 cups of water at least. Lots of fiber, protein, whole grains, Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins, and all that good stuff. And regular exercise and reading. xD
