I found a couple old pictures of me, and I must say I'm pretty happy with the results (H). I was wondering if Basil had some of your sucess/fail stories to share, picture proof is the best :> For me.... 10th grade - 6' 135 lbs 25 years old - 6' 135 lbs Not much has changed. I guess my hair is longer. I don't have any pictures around.

not much changed through out high school, except for height. in grade 12, this year, i'v gain 10 lbs n more in shape. 6'3" 180 lbs of muscle XD

Well from 8th grade to now I've probably grown a foot and gained 75lbs. Crazy stuff man.

i got alot taller from 8th to 10th 5'1" > 5'11" my wieght 115lbs~ in 9th to 125lbs end of tenth im just as skinny but alot more in shape b/c of XC training
