Someone else who posted this video stated the use of the % equips. This thread is very misleading seeing it did not state the facts, as it was the % equips that made the damage cap possible and not just being a DB.

if u notice there is a skill that pops up every a few seconds and goes away pretty fast. maybe that thing added with the % equips is making him do max dmg?
