weird hp and mp glitch

well right now i'm training in lower ascent. my hp goes down when i get hit by a wr. but for some reason when i get hit again, my hp and mp heals fully no matter how low it is. i only seem to lose hp from the wr but from the stormbreakers my hp and mp constantly goes up when i get hit by them. is this happening to anyone else?

Once there was a glitch that I didn't get hit by anything. No god mode. not even misses O_O just untouchable.

Maybe auto pet hp? o_o Or you have for some odd reason lots of power elixirs that you unconsciously press whenever you get hit?
