Account name taken on Basil?

I try and re-add my main account to my account on basil and it says someone has taken it.. and I have sent in about 3 reports on it and its been about a month now and they havn't messaged me back, any suggestions on how I could get it back..... I'm really mad that someone has my account name and is roaming around basil using it being an imposter...

When you try to add it, at the top it will say how to fix this.

Looks like this guy took it. "http://www.basilmarket.com/user/bestseller" I searched fallenduke on the search bar as "player" =P Hope I don't get an infraction for this.

Im pretty sure they wont do anything unless you have some kind of proof. Have a screen shot of your main (FallenDuke) and say something like "Hi, Im FallenDuke and my Basil account is FallenDuke"
