Uh oh, Nuclear Holocaust time?

Well some of you may have heard of the UVB-76 radio broadcast. Its broadcasted from Russia and is just a buzzing noise that is played for a second, then there is a pause, and then it repeats for the whole day. For 24 hours a day everyday since 1982 this buzzing noise has been broadcasting. Very rarely, infact only 4 times over the past 20 years, the buzzing noise stops then a man says in russian random russian names and random numbers. People have no idea what the purpose of this broadcast is, but there are many speculations, such as it is secret messages being sent to spys, military orders, etc. The scary part is that people believe that it controls the Russian "Dead Hand" system. The Dead Hand system is basically a nuclear arsenal whose sole purpose is to be used if something happens to the russian leaders. Today, June 5th, 2010 the broadcast suddenly stopped.
