so last night was my first highschool party.(beach bonfire) for the first hour or so of it i was having a great time jus chillen with my friends and eatin marshmellows and chips and stuff. then more people started coming, and with that, came drugs and drinks. i had never done or ever wanted to do the stuff they were doing. once they started takin hits and drinkin hard i just sat there kinda silent and felt a lil more left out. i didnt wanna smoke but drinking a little aint that bad apparently(i just dont wanna get drunk cuz my dad is my ride and if he found out i was doin that stuff.. i wouldnt be able to hang with friends anymore.) anyways, so next time should i just drink a little next time to feel more loose and not so uptight about getting in trouble and stuff? srry if i dont make much sense i jus woke up im tired aha.

I know how you feel, in grade 11, mostly every party reeks of hormones, drugs and alcohol. Still go to parties and have fun, but the moment you feel any temptation to join the majority: step back.

You don't have to drink to have fun, dearest. [: I've never felt left out at any parties, and my school is famous for the high amount of druggies and drinkers. I have a friend in rehab; but I've never been tempted to drink.
