There was a town I saw awhile ago on the Discovery channel. It sounded really nice, I just down recall the name and I'm hoping someone on here will. It's an island in the north and there are NO cars or motorized vehicles allowed. They uses horses and bikes. It sounds really nice and just hoping someone can tell me what it is =/ I know.. very vague >_<
