wrs and stormbreakers at lower ascent are a good choice. ws are good if you can stand the pot burn (and if you can hit them) kents are good if you can kb them and stand the pot burn.

Personally lower accesnt took care of me till 8x and it was still fun. Just learn the map and its semi-fun.

Wolf spiders/Blue kents It's good exp, but it's really easy to die. You'll have to get used to potting after each hit.
