Repeatable Quests still don't reward Celebration Tickets?

So today there was a quest that allows you to go back and redo all those repeatable quests in order to get Celebration Tickets(or so it says). However, as far as I can tell, the repeatable quests still don't reward any Celebration Tickets. Am I missing something here, or is Nexon just messing with us? :O

I know... i did the quest for bruce 7 times thinking maybe one for each day i missed, still nothing. nexon messed up with there copy/paste or something lol

What can you get with celebration tickets? Just potions and maple flag?
