Nexon and Tickets

How do logging tickets work? Because my friend and I bought a x2 EXP card 4 hours yesterday, It it was cut short(not even used half of it) because of unschedueled server check. So I came up with the idea to log tickets to see if they refund us 2k NX. I logged my ticket about 10-20min before he logged his. After the server check, about 10min later, They answer his ticket and give him 10k Maple Points. I checked my ticket "Open". I continued to check it every 20min or so, status still "Open". went to sleep woke up and checked "Open". Been up for about 2 hours, still says "Open". At this point Im getting pretty pissed. I'd appreciate if Nexon atleast answered my ticket, because that x4 was sweet, we were getting 200% an hour @ lvl 9x...

Well idk but if you read the bar at the top of the screen you would know there is a server check cuz usually they tell there is a server check some hours before the sc .

[/quote] Dude sdfu, There was no bar ontop of the screen, the bar came when we were about 40min into training.

Different Title and introduction + attachments catches the gm's attention greatly Perhaps submit another ticket and make it not so cliche

But it's true that they almost never answer there tickets and if they do they usually are auto messages or useless crap.
