has anyone current got a actual response from nexon? like customer service. I've been waiting a month for my ticket about the earn nx errors to be replied to and 2 weeks for my change of details and email. still haven't gotten a single response. has anyone actually successfully been able to change their details like name/DOB/ect or email. if you have post proof :3 like a copy and paste of the response using * to cover the personal details

yup they gave me around 30k maple points within this year because of the hacking problem and the logging problem

I had maybe...three issues that I sent tickets for when I played off/on last year. All of them were answered in helpful ways though not always punctually. I didn't wait more than a week for any one reply though.

I'm neutral on one ticket, they've given me 10k maple points not as compensation but for my patience. No reply since then. Bad on another, I can't log in because I'm from Europe and I'd played in America for one and a half years, 5 deya and no reply.

From Marketing @ nexon and developer@Nexon Ive met some really nice people Then again, i wish could meet customer service reps from nexon, that would be something Positive experience with some of the work i did with nexon (media publishing wise) but that's bout it

Yeah when the server was telling people that they were already logged in and they gave everyone 10k Maple Points, I got nothing. I sent them a ticket about it and sure enough they apologized and gave me the Maple Points. Just be professional instead of whiny and they're pretty good about things.
