Im trying to get the crocell hat but theres this part where it says i need to open the chest at the basement this in nautilus but i thought i was suppose to drop it in front of the chest and now i cant get my key back. How do i restart and get the keys back ?

which quest do i forfeit cause when i forfeit the one that kyrin told me to do and i talk to her again she just tells me to go open the chest...i dont have the keys

You most likely don't need the key anymore if I remember...just have the quest and regular attack the box.

Just hit the big box on the left side of the map. I don't think you need the key anymore though so your probably fine.
