Extremely confusing problem

| Okay, so ALL my characters seem to be deleted, which is odd because I JUST returned to MS two days ago, after about a six month hiatus (meaning I haven't made any enemies yet that would want my stuff deleted). However, my characters are still listed in the rankings so I'm wondering wtf is going on. Any help? |

| Make sure it's the right account, right server, etc. And MAYBE, if you have three characters, the arrow that takes you to another three slots of character-makeage was clicked and it looks like your account is empty. Try clicking "view all characters." |

| I'm certain it's the right account...hopefully it's just a glitch. I really don't want to log a ticket, because I remember how reliable THAT was. Any suggestions on how to solve it or get a hold of Nexon customer support? EDIT: Well, after about 45 minutes of screwing with my account, my characters suddenly reappeared, and when I clicked on my server, I got a message saying something along the lines of "Having trouble with your account? Try logging into (insert main URL here)" before I got to play again. Weird... |
