Mine is DK, I think its got the best third job skills xD. Whats your favorite? Why?

I'd have to say either Maurader or Archers... Maurader is the only 3rd job I've easily and efficiently trained at skeles (got 4th ASAP from here) and Archers have a variety of skills that aids them in several training spots (Newts, Himes, Typhons, etc.)

Snipers. Training with them using Blizzard at Squids was the best.

The class with the best 3rd job advancement is the dragon knight, indeed. Before 4th job advancements, most warriors if not all of them were dragon knights. Dragon knights ruled the bossing leagues and the training grounds. After 4th job advancement, nowadays, you can still see dragon knights pawning people at mp3, windraiders, galloperas and skeles.

Early on, Mauraders have the worst 3rd job (Dishing in 40 SP into maxing Energy Charge then 21 SP until 4 hitting Energy Blast) But past this painful moment of patience, it pays off with relatively easy training spots. I did Jesters >> Elder Wraiths >> Galloperas >> Typhons/Himes >> Skeles

Archers are definitely the most self-efficient, although I really love being a priest. I imagine being an aran will be very fun, too.
