Should I Leech My Level 24 To 30 From Ligators?

I have about 20m in cash and don't mind using some of it. I once leeched off a friend from ligators and gained one level in like 10minutes (he had a ring). But how long do you think it would take to leech from ligators to 30 w/o the 80% exp ring? And if the rates on this is noob, what should i leech from that is cheap? Thanks

Level 25-30 you can do Construction Site: Subway Party Quest which allows you to do it on your own. Also the exp is good?

Really? Are you kidding? Why would you leech at that low of a level? Answer: Hell No. You'd get more experience from sniping the ligators yourself. And besides, SubWayPQ is the best exp from Level 25-30 that there is. Seriously, if you're too lazy to level from 24-30, you need to quit. It doesn't get any easier.

You don't leech at any level before level 70, unless you're desperate to level. Getting to level 30 takes less than a day. And since you're level 24, go subway pq or something.

1-30 took me 6 hours on 1x on a magician starting in galicia with ZERO funding, just do all the new quests. I remember back when I started it took at least an hour to get from 1-10 and now it takes me 10mins in a new world due to the amount of exp you get from these low level quests. Seriously if you can't even train by yourself from 24~30, QUIT NOW.
