Basilmarket is infected with "Antispyware Soft?"

I was browsing around Basilmarket today, reading forums and such and I suddenly noticed 'Java' pop-up appears on my screen. I thought to myself that it may be bad but I carried on. Few minutes later, suddenly Anti Spyware Soft appears on my screen, doing a 'fake' scan on my computer and rejects any programs I tried to open, even Task Manager. While panicking, I restart my laptop. I have to add that it had happened to me earlier around a month ago too. I rebooted my laptop as a result. After I restarted my laptop, I quickly Ctrl+Alt+Del and I noticed 2 weird executable running, called gkefjcdtssd.exe and I quickly terminated those files. After doing a virus scan using AVG it does not show any viruses or trojan. Just wondering, did Basilmarket has infected me with those viruses? Admin's Note BasilMarket is not capable of infecting your computer. What has likely happened is that you already had spyware or a virus of some kind and an ad on our site triggered the spyware/virus that's already on your computer. As some people in this thread recommend, close your browser and immediately scan your system fully to get rid of the virus/spyware.

I got it too, I scanned with sophos and it got rid of it. Tut tut.

I get Spyware from Basilmarket aswell. I have tested it three times and every time i had two spyware (each time they were the same).

It is not from basil, your comp is probably infected. Try download spybot search and destroy and malwarebytes antimalware. Those are 2 of the best freeware scanners and they should take care of your problem.

Try using Malwarebytes program to get rid of it if you haven't already. o.o And no idea to your situation.

Hmm you too? I used malwarebytes to fix it but this time it failed me out of all the times I used it and removed A LOT from my computer. After the reboot, it was still there... So I had to do something to my computer similar to restore but keeping some of my stuff.

I've had it so many times. No idea what it is. I'm talking about when the window turns into one of the virus scanning things. I just CTRL + ALT + DLT, then close the whole internet window after which I go back on the internet.

I also had the Java pop-up thing happen to me. It started lagging my comp then it just went away and I have not done anything since. Should I be worried? o_o
