Slow vs Normal, Pap, & FB

-- Weapon Question -- I'm and Aran and I can't decide whether to get a 100-103 attack karstan or a 114 attack zedbug? *Note* -This is Galacia and there aren't that much godly equips. I'm currently using a 114 attack zedbug and it's pretty slow compared to Karstans. I'm dexless and I can't really equip an Crimson Arcglaive just yet, the other two options are just temporary Just incase I get to get enough dex for a Crimson Arcglaive, how much should I offer on a 106 attack? I know, it's horrible lmao and it's hammered -- I will go for a better one. -- Papalatus Question -- Can I duo/trio a Papalatus? It's going to be a party of: 130 Aran (I can be 130 by this weekend) 115 Wind Archer 104 Priest - Possibly a 103 Cb - We aren't using apples I'm trying to hunt for an OS 20 since there aren't a lot in Galacia. Can someone tell me how often does it drop? -- Final Blow Question -- How often does Final Blow 10 drop from Zakum? For 4th job Arans do you find Final Blow useful? Well regarding the pap thing, i think the drop rate is not that high, so you might have to pap a couple of times before you get it. I got one for my friend (soloed pap for him). Regarding final blow, well i really don't know about the usefullness, but i DO know that its frequently drops at zak. I've probably thrown like 4 away so far.

By fast and weak > strong and slow.. I mean obviously when the weapon attacks are in some kind of range of one another. If you use the fastest item in the game with 50 attack but a slow item with 115 attack, there's clearly going to be a difference and in that case you'd go with the one thats slower, but... If the attacks are pretty close, I'd say within 5~12 of each other, go with the faster one.

I got OS 20, people tell me to sell for 100 mil atleast, but i would say that 3 is enough, could use HB since 2nd body doesnt like 5k dmg on touch.

[/quote] Oh wow, OS 20 is pretty expensive I guess I could wait until it drops, I still need to find better equips. What did you mean by this? Lol, for a second I thought FB was Facebook. But anyway, I'd recommend a Karstan. If you really care about damage, try for a Hellslayer (I think their one speed above Zedbugs)

That form hits about 5~6k damage with touch. It follows you around. It has no magic though.

I spent 7m getting like 2.5k. Are DKs necessary for pap boss? About the weapon speed and attack difference, I guess that makes sense. 100 attack fast = 125 attack slow? something like that right?

OS 20 in windia is like 10m. OS 30 is like 110m.

Dang, OS 30 is expensive in other worlds. It's going to be hard for me to pass one or even get one. How long would pap take? For my ideal party?

[/quote] Regarding the pole arms: Not really.. Its all dpm calculations which i forget where they are... As for pap bossing: When you're level 14x, pap should stop being a party boss and become a solo boss. You can even solo at 12x, it just takes a while. Pap parties aren't too great: not only is it really easy to do yourself but you don't have to share drops if you solo :D Soloing pap on my hero can take like 6 minutes if you dont count stupid cancels. If you ARE going in a party, as an aran, hb would be really good seeing as your hp is low in the first place. If you were any other warrior class i'd tell you to skip the party and solo it, but hb would be REALLY useful for you.

I went from 120-124 today and I still have until saturday for a 4 hour 2x, 4-8 pst. I can maybe hit 130+ at saturday? I can maybe try to Solo a pap I currently have 6k hp and it will keep going higher when I level right? If I had 6.5k+ hp would I be fine w/o hb? Nice solo haha, really fast - I think
