If this is true or not, but i heard the balance patch will have a major improvement in paladins, by Increasing the rush distance, and allowing to stack all charges.. (GODLY) wow. stacking all charges. How strong can they get? Enough to outdamage aran's dpm... jessh. I see some paladins doing 100k dmg with the holy charged blast. How about with all charges stacked? 199k? xD...

I don't think they quite outdamage arans yet, however I believe its fairly close on holy/fire weak mobs.

Outdamaging? Arans? I doubt it. In dependent of what map/elemental weakness i wouldn't consider a Paladin to be overdominating any specified classes. And by the use of heaven's hammer, once maxed at 30... The odds of winning against mages to compare between is slightly low as the cooldown forces you to wait 20 seconds per cast, rendering yourselves futile to slay the maniac(s). Let's stick to the amusement instead. Where's the peace and love when we deserve it... ._."

If you want to solo it without risk of dying, at level 170+, at least 100 washes. Every level earlier would be another 1.25 hp washes. That's with Achilles maxed. Without Achilles, maybe another 50 hp washes. You can just take touch damage though, as long as nobody else is messing with it. But on a popular server like Broa I'm not sure how doable that is.

[/quote] since were considering the post-balance patch strength of lightning+holy, is that also factoring in the threaten defense (and accuracy, which could save taking hits) decrease?

[/quote] Threaten doesn't affect magic damage, so... sure? Anego will still slap you for 18k if you're not careful.

[/quote] Reading from several sources that a Priest's Invincible will reduce the slap damage by 30%, meaning it is, in fact, physical. So Threaten should affect Anego's slap. Didn't we calculate that to be a 36% damage reduction post-patch (assuming that it stays 20% on bosses)? That would make the 18k a much more survivable 11k.
