| You're doing too many reps, try heavier weight, 6-12 reps max. |

| Do crunches instead of pushups, better for your back and imo they're a lot nicer to do. Also, for a lot of muscle strength, do high weights and low reps (6 for instance). |

| Why don't you try working out your skinny little legs instead of only focusing on upper body? |

| As people has already mentioned. If you're using body weight (push-ups, sit ups, crunches, etc) then do as many as you can. However, if you're using drumbells, you should max do 8-15 reps (3sets) 2-3times a week - and get lots of protein! Also, I find crunches to be better than sit-ups. |

| The legs... That's where the testosterone are and it's beneficial to help the muscle growth. The pounds single I think you should be doing 20s at least and 10s for warm up. |

|
MesosPls : okay, i'll try 25 pounds dumbells and aim for 10 reps.
You shouldn't be aiming for a number, or else you'll end up sacrificing your form to get high numbers. The most important thing is to go slowly, each curl should take between 2-3 seconds, and tighten (flex) your bicep when the weight gets to the top, that helps in ripping the muscle tissue. Just do as many as you can do with good technique, even if that number is 3 or 4 or 5, then next time try to do 1 more than last time. Also when doing curls make sure your elbows aren't sticking out, make sure they're close to and aligned with your body. |

| Eat some sweets or bread after the work out if you don't have a protein bar or shake. |
