Rumors: Whats been up with the HTPQ in Scania?

ive heard ALOT of rumors about why there are almost no successful runs. SOme say there are dc hacks. Some say some one person has been doing something strange in he htpqs. and now our HTPs are 599m? i wanted one but i will never buy for 600m. thats just greedy. theres not Genesis 30 books anymore at decent prices.... no mw30s at decent prices either So whats the deal?DOes anyone know whats happened to htpq runs?

i cant believe how much dcing is ruining the game, why cant nexon just disable packets? omg is it that hard to place a limit on number of packets sent?
