Why is it hard to find a perfect jr?

On my aran I tried recruiting randoms, half of em reject. 1 left and three are very inactive (like going on once in every fortnight and only gives 300 rep each fortnight). I'm not very rich, 65mil atm, and I want to make money by selling 2x rep to my guild members. Is it that bad not having any rep at all, or even having negative rep? If anyone between lvl 51 - 76 wanna volunteer to be my jr, plz pm or post details here. I may even pay mesos depending on how often u train.

It is difficult because the good juniors who get good rep are already reserved by either themselves or their friends who will give THEM 2x exp no matter what upon the first ask. This 'I give you rep you give me free 2x' is crucial

Recruiting random jrs isn't a very good idea imo. It's very possible that one will not train and break off the family bond, making you and your senior lose rep that you gained from a previous jr. Besides, they're the ones training and getting you rep; not the other way around in your situation. AND! No body likes to be used just so you know~
