C'mon guys. Mages should dig this shield. +200 HP is vital to a low HP character like a mage, it could let them Bigfoot, survive hits where they previously couldn't, etc.

People use 14 att panlids and even stolen fence. This just has a nice Hp bonus(good for shads especially) and high wep def. I would love to get 100 wep def from shield mastery and this thing.

You aren't going to train on monsters that almost kill you in 1 hit. Once you get to 3rd job you have meso guard. Maybe if you were bombing or bossing something with crazy high damage that you needed just that little bit extra to not get 1hko. I'm just using a clean Nimble and I wouldn't pay 3m for that shield to use it. It's a collectors item to show off that is only useful to very specific class designs.
