So, because of the new nexon policy, people have to change their password every 3 months. I'm worried, because it requires your last name and birthday which I entered false info for and forgot. There's a button called "Remind me in 1 Month", but I heard after 1 month if you don't change it you're unable to play on your account. Is there any way around this? I don't really want to start a new account.

i just make up 2 passwords and switch them every 3 months :P (eventually, i make up new ones because i wanted to be creative with passwords...its wierd)

I have the same problem also. i cant remember my fake birthday and last name i put anyone know what to do, or have tried the "remind me in 1 month" and could tell me if you do lose your account if you dont change it

... That's why you WRITE DOWN your info. I put in false information, but I wrote it down. Do you have access to the email your account is linked to? Maybe there is something in there that will help you like old emails or something. I hope it works out for you.

What if the email you used for the account got deleted? if i found out the email i used to make the account, would i be able to make a new email, using the same email i used for making the account? then if i clicked forgot password, would i get the email?

I'm using the guide right now, I just got my last name, but I need my birthday now. How long does it take the birthday method to work? I know u have to log a ticket and ask which I"ve done already.
