I got scammed, so how do I report a ticket to nexon?

Silly question, I know, but I'm trying to find the "log a ticket" thingie but its not there. If I go to customer support its saying 'insufficient account information! invalid querystring!" O__O The scam was that I was buying shop permit from a dude, and he ran away with the money. Some people just look nice... ><: (I'd appreciate if you not talk about how I'm stupid to do that, I know, and I even just chatted him up for a whole hour and he seemed pretty legit, infact he had a bunch of nx items, even used a smega, had balrog chair etc. His named was FORGIVEMEHXD if you want to help track him)

if you report him for scamming you selling nx, it means you were buying nx which is a bannable offense. you'll get yourself banned.

You can't report for scamming. It's purely your fault for trusting someone that is sketchy. It's especially risky if your buying an NX item. Don't blame anyone but yourself.

I'll tell them he was gifting me... O_O And I'll give them reasons why I can't get nx, they don't sell it in my country, offers aint available here, and not to mention, they don't even allow indian IP addresses for online payment. Well, don't worry about that guys, I'll take care of it, just tell me how to log a ticket.

i know i need to check my reported tickets and it says INVALID QUERYSTRING it must be glitched or something

Lol, it is illegal to buy nx WHAT SO EVER. Enjoy your ban. Amendment #5 states that you have the right to remain silent and not incriminate yourself. I suggest you take that decision. Was it #5? I forget :p.

And you can't say you got scammed without saying you bought something Whcih would obv mean you bought nx which is illegal. Reporting won't do crap anyway.

Yeah, don't log a ticket. Nexon says publicly that they won't do anything about scamming. It's your own fault.

You can't log a ticket about being scammed, especially when its about doing something that is against the ToS (buying NX items with mesos)

Maybe you can wait till that scammer tries to sell again and instead report him for selling nx... =O Im not really sure about logging ticket stuff though

I talked to the scammer for a while, and he is really twisted. He even showed me 500mill that he had along with a bunch of scrolled stuff, but for some reason he wants my 18m. I have a whole bunch of chat logs that I ss'd too, I might compile it and upload it to SW's Kradia forum so nobody trades with him ever again
