Playing MS with a USB Controller?

Does anyone use a USB controller or a PS3 controller to play MapleStory? Or is it even possible now? ..... If its possible id like some tips/guides/advice please. =]

Well first of all you need to download a driver for your pc for a sixaxis controller. Then you have to bind the keyboard keys to the controllers keys. The problem is that every button on the keyboard is either on or off. 1 or 0, yes or no. So it works pretty much with booleans, the ps3 controller doesn't. A button is not just pressed, it has several different positions wether they're pressed hard or softly. I don't know how the driver handles this so you might experience either really sensitive buttons, or the exact opposite. If it works that is. Now even if you are able to edit some open source sixaxis driver I doubt it'll work. I'm saying that it's most definatly possible, but unless a few tech nerds have been working on this it's not going to happen. I've tried it myself with some general driver for the sixaxis controller but it didn't work either. I got the mouse to work on the analog stick but that's it.

Use xpadder 5.3 instead of joytokey. Works way better, especially with keys that need to be pressed in quick succession (ex. dash, pypq pyramid skill thing, aran combos) To use a ps3 controller, search for the sixaxis driver

This is my set up. I use a ps2 controller and this adapter . I then use Joy2Key, I configured it with Windows Game Controller options I still have to use the keyboard for some things but otherwise I use just my controller. I also use a wireless PS3 controller at my friend's house. I've never had any issues and I use it on both my desktop and laptop.
