I am thinking about making a luckless I/l mage, however, I am not yet sure if I want to sell all my stuff on all of my characters and abandon my lvl 36 aran. Soo I was wondering around how many mesos would i need to make a slightly above average luckless i/l mage. I have 35 mil now. Also could i get a p/c on a decent matk work glove, int suana robe, matk earrings.

You should get your Aran to 50 for the ring before you start your Lukless I/L.

1.) Get your Aran to 50 for the Ring, you won't regret it. 2.) Use a Maple Gage for a INT glove. The dumb scrolls add Acc, but they still add INT which is useful, and helps to add more INT when leveling. 3.) Skip out on an INT robe. With that money, you won't get much. 4.) Make a 100%'d pair of Matk earrings. Very nice and cheap. 5.) Save up for an INT Targa Helm or a Z-Helm.

1) stay with your aran (if u can stomic it ) 2) reg luck gloves with decent=good iint go for about 30 mill for some 5/10s (as far as iv seen it might have gone up) so probly 30 mill more then that 3) luckles overals are expensive try 400 mill+ for a ok one 1Bill + for a good one 4) erings varry but iv seen 5/10s go for like 30 i think 5) for a helm try to get a z helm or targa i duno how much targa go for i havent seen menny but a avrg z helm is from 40-65 mill from what iv seen. all in all unles your srsly funded trying to make a above avrg luckles is rather expensive talking about 2 bill+ (elly wands arnt cheep 200 or so for the ice one and then 600-1.5 bill for the 130 ice one.)

F/P Lukless Wizard/Mage/Arch Mage. 1 - Poison does NOT rely on Magic Attack. 2 - Poison Mist means that you could be level 120 in 24 hours with several 2x EXP Cards, and perhaps some Rep for 4x. 3 - Poison Mist LEECH! You think PG leech is good? Try 20 channel Misting with a REGULAR Fighter level 40 (with HB mule) or 50 (no HB) using PG to slam into the Skeles. Now that is what we call leeching. To make things even better, you can Mist leech anywhere with any character as long as they can hit it. I can leech a level 40 Fighter/Page to level 70 in 6 hours of solid 2x. 4 - Meteor not having Freeze does not make much of a difference at Gallos or Skeles since the monsters will spawn on you anyway. 5 - Instead of traditionally upgrading your equips at level 50, 80, 100, and 120, you can save your mesos for a single upgrade at level 120 or 130. 6 - Being Lukless means your Fire Arrow can do some nice damage in CPQ I. If you don't pick a F/P Mage you could consider a Blaze Wizard. If you want to make a real character then any 4th job magician has its pros and cons.

You are not going to be above average with 35 mil. I don't even believe that you will be average. The way im looking at it is if you are planning on getting to 5th job. The fastest one to train would be fire poison, but to be above average, ele wands would be nice, and the fire based wands are the most expensive on the market, the lvl 130 one costs about 600 mil avg, and the lvl 130 ice wand costs about 340 mil. If you don't want speed and want cheaper items, then go with ice lightning. The guy above is correct, I would say go with fire poison, if you are looking for speed and power. Go with I/l if you are looking, for cheapness, and freeze.

I just can't stomach clerics or at least I dont have the patience yet. I made one back in the day...wayyyy back in the day and only got it to lvl 45. I mean I guess I just don't want to be dependent on other people while training, and everything. Edit: I think I'm going to just go luckless and hope that eventually the money comes in. Uh one final question which would be cheaper for a luckless a i/l or f/p?

The only real expense for an I/L is the eWand. I have a lvl 165 I/L that I rarely play since I created my Bishop. I would strongly suggest you go with a Bishop if you intend to get to 4th job. If you are not aiming for 4th job, then yes, have fun with your I/L.
