People, TimeL3ssHero isn't saying you cannot use specifically Euros to buy items in the MTS with, he means NX bought through PayPal cannot be used for the MTS. In that he is right. However, the guys who say PayByCash NX can be used in the MTS are also right. So it's not related to Euros, but more to the kind of NX purchased (through which company). In other words: you're both right in a way.
