Silliest and stupidest reason you died?

The other day i was training my crusader at vikerolas, I afked on the rope because of a icecream truck came by (seems like im 10 im not, but i like icecream=3) and i afked on the rope low, (it was my fault for going low on the rope anyway). And when I came back with my icecream I died becuase a aran used polarm toss on me (not hating on arans). Then i went back not noticeing my HP and died twice. Whats the lamest reason you died?

Probably when I died sniping at newties, then got all the way there but I forgot to use pots to heal myself, so died twice in a row.

I was training at newts and the for some odd reason Firefox just popped up and blocked maple, and froze for a few seconds... I hurried back to repot...but it was too late >.>
