So bassically i made this thread for people that dont know a whole lot about stats (low dex, str and such.) What seems to be ALOT of people dont understand is when you make a character (lets say a corsair) It doesnt make sense to make a low str character when that 25str robe can be a 25 dex robe and it cost less and you still end up with the same damage range. Just and idea when making your next character

39. Need to boost it up to at least 70+ later; for now I can wear everything with equips - and they're not even scrolled specifically for str. Examples being, zhelm, dep star/MoN, pirate overall, etcetc.

When i meant this i mainly meant this for sairs .i have 51basestr , i could of stayed lower but i didnt because it made no sense to pay extra for nothing

Well I made the math of base STR on my level 120 equipment, and I need atleast 76 STR to make it to the endless gear. 17 Scarlion Helmet (already have it) 5 Black Belt(soo close :P red belt right now) 5 Mark of Naricain 7 Canopus suit / Reverse Burgunt 4 Canopus boots / Reverse Faraon 4 Untradeable Branch Nose (alreay have it) 2 Master Adventurer Medal = 44 STR off equips + 76 Base = Not even one point of STR wasted on DEX slots. I could also buy glasses and the aran ring, but the ring cant be worn with the critical ring at the same time and the glasses looks fugly. Soo yeah. Really low stat or statless sucks.

[/quote] i think you got the thread wrong.... o.o he meant what is the point to being a super low str (like 20) when you could raise your base str and get dex equips instead

People does it to geta boost in maple warrior. Maple Warrior only affects your stat clean; without any + from equips So actually a 25 str Corsair (If possible) would be stronger than a 100 base str corsair. Hope I helped

Hope I helped [/quote] I doubt the 25 str corsair could cover the dex needed for ATLEAST a conserto (100str) without wasting any equip slots. And the maple warrior wouldn't really make up for the difference...

(Although a 100 base Sair wouldn't make sense, assuming they have average zhelm/etc o_O)

Lets say ur a sair with 100 str and 400+100 dex and then a low str with 50+50 and 450+50 dex the low str will win beacasue of higher dex increase with Maple Warrior Your welcome

And then there are belts and medals. [/quote] Not everyone one can have one of those, I DO have the same base STR as my level, I don't hava a Zhelm, Pendant, Overall, etc.
