It's in one of the final Neo City maps. You'll have to do all the quests beforehand, though. I'm not sure how well a NL can kill him (I heard it was pretty much a MM/BM made boss), but good luck all the same! :D

in the tera forest near leafre. you need to start a quest in magatia > ariant station > orbis station > leafre. the tera forest is to the right of leafre, at the top of that map with the stone(?) beetles. the boss is in one of those areas if you have a watch to enter ..it will most likely kill an NL though

Unless you could somehow keep him away from you (like mm/bm can), you're pretty much screwed as an NL.. 18k damage... it HURTS D:

It spawns at the very top flatform, but if you are in a populated server like Scania, you wont see one T.T all the high lvl BM/MM kill them lol...
