Help With LVL 70 3rd Job ADV Aran PLEASE

Ok so my aran is lvl 70...I havent done the Ellin forest (skill) quest and lvl 68 neinhart (skill) quest...Can i still get to 3rd Job?

Yes yuo can, but save your lvl70 SP so when you get the skill from your lvl68 quest (its a really useful skill, no spoiler!), spend it on that.

Yes. But you won't get Full Swing until you completed all those quests.
