Account permanent ban reversable?

Hello everyone. My account was recently banned by Nexon for 'illicit promotion and advertising.' I didn't participate in said activities, but I was standing in front of someone doing it attempting to block their messages for fun. Is Nexon's customer support good when it comes to these things? I really want to get my account back because I had several semi-valuable things in it, such as 2 sets of ilbies and 3 sets of steelies. I don't want to start over because that would take a very long time. I already submitted a ticket on Nexon's customer support site.

Either they'll answer your ticket or they won't. I have several tickets that have been open for about a month now, and they're not nearly as serious as yours. Nevertheless, I'm not exactly holding my breath on any of them. Good luck, especially since your ticket more or less asks Nexon to admit wrongness on their part.

Lol, level 55 is nothing. I'd suggest starting over. Actually proving anything to Nexon America is almost impossible.

Nexon's customer support is crap. I've had my perma-ban ticket open for a month before they even addressed it, and now it has been "in progress" for just as long. A 2 month turnaround for customer support is pathetic. However, they'll get there eventually, you may get your account back.
