Can someone help me retrieve my last name please?

Well, the first time they made us change our passwords for security, they didn't need any info except for our password and our new password. NOW, they are also asking us for our last name and our birthday. I have my birthday of course, but I don't remember what I put for my last name because I made this account a few years ago. Can anybody help me get it back? Thanks.

Log a ticket, cancel the ticket and write a comment. Now look up the the ticket and you'll see full name. No problem. You will be charged by telephone.

it was made up :/ also, @Guaranty I can't log a ticket because i need to log onto my account, but i forgot the last name so I cant change my password/get on my account T.T

Try using the GameLauncher thing, it doesnt ask for pw change. Not me anyway

i use fake b day. for last name i jus take out one letter and usually the last one
