some useless NPCs

aren't there a lot of useless NPCs? AFter all, there are people like Cody, the other part of Manji, and that NPC in Kerning that says he can pick any lock. Well I heard there are some event quests envolving Cody, and the other part of Manji has a new quest(haven't play MS in a while) but I'm pretty sure that the Pick any lock dude is completely useless right?

The mini map says that the Maple TV is an NPC...so i guess that's the most useless.

Cody celebrates the Fourth of July and that's about it. Edit: Manji has a quest for a Hero's Gladius and he also can teleport you to BPQ (and if you're lower than level 30 he can teleport you to Ariant).

what then how about before the cygnus knights(cause thats when I played) what kind of quests were there for him? what kind of quests were there for Manji's counterpart? Both NPC's have been around longer than that, and doesn't that mean at the time they were useless?

Tht one NPC in Lith :o By the guy who gives you the quest to find a Junior. He`s been there for as long as I can remember, and after 4-5 yrs, he still doesnt have an NPC chat :P

That guy has a use like quest the most useless is tienk the card merchant all he does is give you 300 xp one time
